My name is Jason Borst, and I'm a photographer, storyteller, and founder of Everyday Goddess. The heart of this company began with a single, unforgettable moment—the transformation of my best friend and spouse, captured through the lens of my camera.
What I witnessed wasn't just a beautiful portrait, but a profound shift in how she saw herself: stronger, more confident, and more seen than ever before.
That experience ignited the vision for Everyday Goddess—a creative studio and empowerment brand built around the belief that every woman carries divine beauty, power, and worth, even if the world has taught her to forget. Through guided photoshoot experiences, we don't just take pictures, we help them see themselves as they truly are.
But transformation doesn't stop at the photo. That's where Goddess Unfiltered Podcast was born—a platform where these women share their stories, their truths, and their triumphs with our host, Susie Decotis.
It's raw, real, and unfiltered. The podcast bridges the visual empowerment of the photoshoot with the emotional power of storytelling—creating a full-circle experience that is both personally healing and publicly inspiring.
At the heart of our branding is the butterfly—a symbol we carry in honor of my mother, whom we lost in October 2024. It has come to represent her continued guidance and presence in this journey.
The irony and beauty are not lost on us: that her symbol has led us to a space so focused on transformation, growth, and becoming. Just like the butterfly, our work is about emerging from one form into another—more vibrant, more empowered, more whole.
